We do however recommend registered post for tracking purposes. Please ensure that you include your name, address, daytime phone number and a description of the fault. Please keep a note of the IMEI/ESN (type *#06# on your phone or look on the back) number of your phone; this 15 digit number can be found on the label on the back panel of your phone. Please note:
- Remove your sim card from your phone as it is not required for the repair process
- Telephone numbers, logos, ringtones or data saved to the phone may be lost during repair
