• All phones sent in for repair will attract a non refundable registration fee of N200 for low end phones and N500 for high end phones.
• The minimum charge for labour in repairing of phones are – N1,500 for low end phones and N2,500 for high end phones
• The customers agree to pay for any additional parts used in the process of repairing in addition to the minimum labour charge.
• The minimum administration fee or quote reject fee is N1500.
• If a quote is not requested, the repair will automatically be done if cost of repair is less than N5,000
• Any phone not collected within 30 days, will be sold to defray expenses.
• Liquid damaged phones will be repaired if possible, and a minimum labour charge of N2,500 applies. Any additional parts will be charged extra. However, these repairs will not carry any warranty whatsoever.
• In the event that the phone is declared “not repairable” the customer agrees to pay an administration fee of N1,500.
• All repairs attract a 30-day warranty.
