What is covered and for how long? PPSC will offer warranties to the original purchaser of this warranty on all phone types, for a period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for the period of 1 year after that date. Warranty claims are effective after 7 days from date of warranty purchase.

What is covered? This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by the purchaser. This Limited Warranty does not cover:
(a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromagnetic stress, modification of any part of the product, including antenna or cosmetic damage;
(b) equipment that has the serial number removed or made illegible;
(c) all plastic surfaces and other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use;
(d) malfunctions resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, products or ancillary or peripheral equipment not furnished by the equipment manufacturer;
(e) defects or damage from improper testing ,operation, maintenance, installation, or adjustment;
(f) installation, maintenance, and service of products.

What are PPSC obligations? During the application warranty period, PPSC will repair at its sole discretion, without charge to purchaser, any defective component part of the phone. To obtain service under Limited Warranty, purchaser must return the product to an authorized PPSC center in adequate container for shipping, accompanied by purchaser's warranty (receipt, serial number of the product, and the seller's name and address). Upon receipt, PPSC will promptly repair within 10 business days. PPSC may at its sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts when repairing any product. Repairing products will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the original product or for 60 days, whichever is longer. All replaced parts, components, board and equipment shall become properly of PPSC. If PPSC determines that this Limited Warranty does not cover any product, purchaser must pay all parts shipping, and labour charges for the repairs or return of such product.

What are limits of PPSC Liability? The warranties given in this limited warranty, together with any implied warranties covering the products including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Except to the extent prohibition by applicable law, PPSC shall not be liable for any special incidental consequential indirect or similar damages, loss of profits, damage to purchaser's property, or injury to purchaser or other arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use any phone or accessories, breach of warranty, breach of contract, or negligence, including but not limited to PPSC's own negligence, even if PPSC or its agent has been advised of such damages, or for any claim brought against the purchaser by any other party. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the warranty and states purchaser exclusive remedy. If any portion of this limited warranty is illegal or unenforceable by reason of any law, such as partial illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of this limited warranty which purchaser acknowledges is and will always be constructed to be limited by its terms or as limited as the law permits.

The agents, employees and dealers of the phones are not authorized to make modifications to this limited warranty, or make additional warranties binding on PPSC. Employees and business associates of PPSC are not permitted to make modifications either. Accordingly, additional statements such as dealer advertising or presentation, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties by PPSC and should not be relied upon.
